George's manager, Dan Darnell, has been a model train hobbyist since 1977. In 1990, Dan started custom painting model trains for the store and has been working full time for George's since 2000. Dan has been instrumental in helping George's Trains grow, especially with the expansion of the Markham store, which he now runs.
Dan's skills also include doing the artwork for many one-of-a-kind North American model prototypes.
